While minding my own business walking along canal street in New Orleans, I cam across this statue where upon further inspection turned out to have a cigarette placed in the mustache area. I thought it was humorous and snapped a photo.

I did a little more digging and found out it was a statue of Ignatius J Reilly.

This will come inspected and signed.
